Form

A Camillian route through some of the places where Camilo lived in Porto. Controversial and bohemian, he established a strong connection with the city, which is the setting for his best-known works. The route starts in the S. Lazaro garden, goes to the S. João Theatre, down Rua 31 de Janeiro and up Rua dos Clérigos and Rua das Carmelitas to Livraria Lello and Largo do Carmo. It passes the Relação Prison where the writer was imprisoned twice and ends at the virtues, looking out over the Douro, the setting for the last pages of Amor de Perdição.
