Form
With the aim of opening up Camilo's House to different audiences, this training aims to democratize access to genealogy and primary sources by getting those interested to carry out genealogical research and create a family tree. It will also provide trainees with knowledge of the documentation of interest to genealogy in the different types of archives. The activity will take place over 4 Wednesdays, during after-work hours (from 6:30pm to 9pm), at Casa dos Caseiros. Trainees will need to bring a laptop to the training.

Trainer: Teresa Araújo
Biographical note: Graduated in History (Art variant) from the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto, post-graduated in Documentary Sciences -Archives- from the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto, Master in History of Art from the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto, PhD in History (contemporary) from the University of Minho. She is a researcher and member of LB2PT-UMinho/Braga. For 23 years she was the coordinator of the archive service at Póvoa de Varzim City Council, and at the moment she is at Casa de Camilo where she is responsible for managing the Camilo archive and collections.
